Terms of Service

1. Agreement & Platform Scope

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the GateZ visitor and gate management software platform ("Platform"), provided as a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) by Appable Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Appable", "we", "us"), the company that owns and operates GateZ.

By accessing the Platform or initiating an account registration, your organisation ("Customer", "Subscriber") agrees to comply with these Terms. The subscription contract is between the Customer and Appable Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

2. Subscription Tiers & Enforced Quotas

GateZ is offered across four subscription plans, priced per user per month in Indian rupees, exclusive of GST:

• Free: ₹0, up to 10 registered users on one site.
• Startup: ₹15 per user per month, billed from 50 users (₹750 per month), then in steps of 10 users; one site.
• Growth: ₹30 per user per month, billed from 150 users (₹4,500 per month), then in steps of 10 users; up to 3 sites.
• Enterprise: ₹45 per user per month, billed from 300 users (₹13,500 per month), then in steps of 10 users; unlimited sites, multi-site administration and white-label branding.

Yearly billing charges 10 months for 12. Adding users beyond the billed count, or features of a higher plan, requires changing the subscription; the Platform enforces the subscribed user count. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

3. Operational Perimeter & Safety Responsibility

GateZ provides digital orchestration, communication tokens, and ledger software.

The Customer and its appointed security agency maintain sole operational control and liability for physical gates, boom barrier mechanisms, manual traffic direction, life safety, emergency evacuations, and verified physical inspection of arriving individuals and goods.

4. White-Label Licensing for Eligible Tiers

Enterprise and Reseller tier subscribers are granted a limited license to brand customer portals with their organization’s logo, domain name, and colour tokens. Removal of "Powered by GateZ" marks is restricted to contracted Enterprise tiers.

5. Tamper-Evident Audit Records

The Customer acknowledges that GateZ logs gate events and decisions into an append-only SHA-256 cryptographic chain. GateZ staff do not possess administrative tools to delete or falsify historical entries, which are maintained for statutory and organizational transparency.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
